Is hay fever making you miserable?
Many people can improve their symptoms through lifestyle changes, like avoiding pollen wherever possible and by using over the counter treatments. If you need help to manage your hay fever symptoms, speak to your pharmacist. There are some medications which may be available to you after a consultation, including antihistamine fexofenadine, and nasal sprays containing azelastine.
Your pharmacist can also help you to understand how to use your medication, which is particularly important for nasal sprays, as they are only effective when used correctly.

"Hay fever, an allergy to pollen, is really common but that doesn’t make it any more pleasant. Most people are able to manage their symptoms by combining lifestyle changes and medications like antihistamines. However, some people need more support to deal with symptoms and your pharmacist can advise you on further treatment."
